Friendster looking for lost customers
So Friendster is missing customers. Therefore they want to ask friendster-customers why they don’t use the site anymore.
I don’t really intent to give them these answers through their websurvey so that they can track my profile and link it to the answers. From a scientific point of view, the survey is really bad. They should do a little bit better than that. Anyway, here are my answers:
1) Our records indicate that you haven’t been visiting or using Friendster for the last three months, is that correct?
- Yes, I have not used Friendster in the last 3 months
- No, I have used Friendster in the last 3 months
2) What is the primary reason or reasons that you have not used Friendster recently? Please be as detailed as possible.
