Hitler still an issue at the G8 Summit?
I apologize for the tabloid-headlines but it is hard to believe: according to MVRegio, Adolf Hitler is (still) honorary citizen of Bad Doberan. Heiligendamm, the site of the G8 summit, belongs to the village of Bad Doberan. Because of missing documents, the honorary citizenship, awarded by the Bad Doberan Nazis to Adolf Hitler in 1932, is still valid – but soon to be withdrawn.
