The StudiVZ-blog announced today that Holtzbrinck took over StudiVZ. After it had already invested a considerable sum in StudiVZ, it now took over the remaining shares. All StudiVZ founders remain in the management. They also reaffirmed that the data will not be used by Holtzbrinck, however this is doubted by many bloggers.
