StudiVZ – The comic strip
Beetlebum has created this wonderful comic strip of the StudiVZ-Tale.
Once upon a time in the realms of Web 2.0.
… a young adventurer from far away closed ranks with the forces of Capital to gather a unique treasure of data. The idea worked and thousands of people lined up to see sell their soul data for the impression of having social contacts.
“Chix!! In the Metro and on Toilets!! For all”
Celebrations were held and slowly a palladium of information overflow and information waste was created.
Until a brave knight, defending data and a code of conduct, came to end the gruesome activities: Don Phons and his mob.
When n a gloomy night a part of the treasure was stolen, the dark forces of the CAPITAL started to neglect the young adventurer. Meanwhile years of abstinence followed, during which the treasure was slowly rebuilt.
And in front of the door, friends and foes waited.
And if they have not died, they are still waiting.
